The Legionella Risk Assessment is the fundamental starting point for all Legionella Control. It is not a static document but one that is refereed to on a regular basis and one that needs regular formal reviews.

For high risk properties, the Water Safety Group should meet at least on an annual basis and formally review the management of the Water Safety Plan. Other risk properties can review less often as determined by the risk assessment.
